Rules and Criteria

ArchiveCon is proud to host a directory of artists, writers, and artisans (collectively referred to as AA Vendors!) for guests to peruse while attending ArchiveCon! ArCon welcomes all forms of art, so please don't be shy about applying. If you don't have a storefront, no need to worry - we will also host those only taking commissions.

During the convention, each AA Vendor will have their own Discord channel for attendees to interface, chat, and ask questions.

PLEASE NOTE: With regard to Rusty Quill's Creative Commons license, we cannot accept applications from stores selling unofficial works based on RQ properties for profit. Commissions and at-cost items are allowed. Any original work or fandom works from other media are allowed!

Your store is welcome to remain open as usual prior to the convention. We will advertise all AA Vendors on our social media as the convention approaches!

We hope to accept all applicants, but please see the rules below for further information.

ArchiveCon holds no responsibility for purchases made from vendors, and we assume that anyone making a purchase of NSFW art is 18+.

APPLICATION RULES:

If you have a shop link, please make sure it works before applying.
You must provide your own payment platform. We cannot host payments of any kind.
If your work contains physical products, preference will be given to vendors who ship internationally.
If your work is commission-based, you may submit a website, well constructed Google doc, or Carrd, with clear information and examples of your work, in lieu of a storefront.
All applications MUST include either a storefront AND/OR the above. If you offer both ready-made items and commissions, please provide both a storefront link and a link to your commission information site.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that the quality of your work and legibility of your website/Carrd/doc will be a determining factor in your acceptance. Your storefront/website/Carrd/doc MUST CONTAIN clear information on: examples of your work, your products on offer (with pricing), how to purchase and pay for the products, how shipping will be handled, and how buyers should contact you.
By submitting this form, you acknowledge that sales of NSFW/18+ items are the sole responsibility of the vendor. ArchiveCon and its staff are not responsible for any element of any sale made to any attendee.
